Over the last 35 years Summer Search has developed a mentoring framework (Depth Mentoring) and a matching training program (the Depth Mentoring Institute) that can help adults in the lives of young people – counselors, educators, advisors, administrators and supporting staff, and managers – improve their skills at being an effective mentor and trusted adult in any setting. Our training offerings cover SEL, Critical Consciousness, Human Development + Identity Formation and Trauma Sensitivity.
