Emotions Academy by InnerJoy is a ready-to-run SEL enrichment program for campers ages 6–11. Our modular sessions teach emotional regulation, mindfulness, and social skills through interactive lessons, role-play, and crafts. Each 45–60 min session is fun, hands-on, and supports character development, camper well-being, and positive camp culture—perfect for mixed-age group activities.

The Unbeatables Academy is a complete life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) curriculum designed specifically for camps that want to enrich their programming and create a lasting impact on children, families, and staff. With over 15 years of experience running our own day camp, Camp Unbeatables, we developed a system that teaches kids essential skills like emotional intelligence, leadership, self-regulation, teamwork, and resilience — all through engaging, age-appropriate content.
