The Southwest Fall Conference is built for camp pros at every level—directors, leadership staff, and anyone who wants to grow in their role. Whether you're recovering from a wild summer or gearing up for the year ahead, you belong here.

Lodging is included in the registration price. If you plan to commute and do not need lodging, please choose the “commuter” registration option.

Please note: This event is intended for camp professionals ages 18 and older. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Additional Information

Minors: Minimum age to register for American Camp Association professional development events is 18 years. Minors cannot be registered for the Conference. All minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recording taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in education and promotional media.

Code of Conduct for Events: By participating in an ACA event, you agree to follow the code of conduct for events.

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to 765-342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 09/15/2026. Cancellations received by 09/15/2026 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
