Please join us for the Southeastern Fall Camp Conference in Greenville, SC on November 17-19, 2026! The conference features Keynote speaker, educational breakout sessions covering topics such as character development, programming, latest trends, and risk management. Attendees have the opportunity for professional development and networking with peers and experts. Additionally, an exhibit hall showcases products and services relevant to camps!

Tuesday Morning Pre-Conference: Forecast Ready: A preconference on weather awareness, risk management, and building a culture of preparedness.

Affinity/Kindred Group Meetups: ACA serves the interests of niche communities of camp professionals. Kindred groups represent those who work in similar organizations, have similar business models, or serve similar types of campers. Affinity groups are safe and inclusive spaces dedicated to fostering community for those camp professionals who share a common identity. When you are registering, be sure to select the kindred/affinity groups you want to be a part of!

Code of Conduct for Events

By participating in an ACA event, you agree to follow the code of conduct for events.

  • Professionalism and Behavior: Maintain a professional demeanor, use polite language, and avoid offensive, discriminatory, harassing, aggressive, or disruptive behavior.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Encourage open, respectful, and nonconfrontational dialogue that critiques ideas without personal attacks, supporting a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Respect and Inclusivity: Treat all participants with kindness and respect, valuing diverse perspectives and creating a welcoming environment for everyone regardless of background or identity.
  • Respect for Venue and Rules: Follow all venue guidelines, avoid damaging property, and comply with instructions from event leaders and staff to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Prohibited Conduct: Unacceptable behaviors include harassment, discrimination, intimidation, stalking, inappropriate photography/recording, disruptions, unauthorized solicitation, and possession of prohibited items.
  • Engagement and Conflict Resolution: Participate openly and respectfully, welcome diverse voices, avoid dominating conversations, and resolve conflicts amicably with respect for all involved. 
  • Safety and Responsibility: Be mindful of personal and collective safety; report any dangerous, harassing, or concerning situations to event staff promptly.

Event Cancellations

Cancellations received at least 2 weeks prior to the event are eligible for a refund, minus a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before event will not be refunded. No-shows are not refundable. A written cancellation request is required and can be faxed or emailed to (765) 342-2065 fax or events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. If ACA cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded. ACA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event is attended, postponed, or cancelled. All registration payments must be made by the event date in order for participants to be admitted to the event. 

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
