Join us at Camp Merrie-Woode for three days of professional development and fun that only EPIC can pull off. Featuring author and consultant Susan Fee who will provide insight and inspiration around growth mindset, mindfulness and increasing your can-do spirit. The EPIC retreat offers in depth discussion of the camp industry’s most pressing topics in a relaxed and supportive environment. Including hikes, grilling out, camp tour, games and more!

Registration includes: 2 Breakfasts, 3 lunches and 2 dinners. Modern comfortable, but not luxurious cabins with beds and bunk beds. Lodging for 11/29/18 and 11/30/18, departing on 12/1/18.

Additional Information

Cancellations received at least 2 weeks prior to the event are eligible for a refund, minus a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before event will not be refunded. No-shows are not refundable. A written cancellation request is required and can be faxed or emailed to (765) 342-2065 fax or events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. If ACA cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded. ACA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event is attended, postponed, or cancelled. All registration payments must be made by the event date in order for participants to be admitted to the event.
