Please join us for three days of first rate education, top notch networking and world-class relaxation. The ACA, Southeastern Fall Camp Conference hosted at the beautiful and historic Savannah DeSoto features two amazing keynotes by American Camp Association Director of Research, Dr. Laurie Browne and renowned hiker, author, adventure speaker, and National Geographic Adventurer of the Year, Jennifer Pharr Davis as well as 20 breakout sessions tailored to meet your needs.
In addition, the conference offers a standards course, EPIC Pre-Conference Workshop with industry thought leader and consultant, Loida Noriega-Wilson and many focused networking opportunities. We will have a service project to support camps in Puerto Rico and our annual auction to support the scholarship fund. The ACA, Southeastern Fall Camp Conference takes place from October 15-17, 2018 and offers a chance to debrief lessons learned from your summer and get a jump start on plans for the following summer.

Additional Information

The conference T-shirt can be pre-ordered on the ‘Options’ page of the online registration process. If pre-ordering a shirt, be sure to submit your preferred size in the Attendee Information/Additional Information section.

Cancellations received at least 2 weeks prior to the event are eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before event will not be refunded. No-shows are not refundable. A written cancellation request is required and can be faxed or emailed to (765) 342-2065 fax or events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. If ACA cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded. ACA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event is attended, postponed, or cancelled. All registration payments must be made by the event date in order for participants to be admitted to the event.
