Please join us for the Southwest Camp Conference! A variety of educational sessions, networking opportunities, an exhibit hall and more will be featured. Come enjoy a time of inspiration, education and fun at Camp All Saints.

Early Bird registration rate is available through December 22, 2017. Regular cost registration begins December 23, 2017. Registration rates include conference program. Meals and lodging are not included. Each individual registering must select a lodging option.

Single, double and double or triple rooms are SOLD OUT. Dorm rooms are available. Participants may also select the commuter option and reserve a room in Sherman or Denison. Contact Betsy Thamert (bthamert@acacamps.org, 765-342-1349) with questions.

Lodging Options—All Individuals registering for the conference must select one option:

All lodging options include lodging on January 23 and 24 and the following meals: January 23-dinner, January 24-breakfast, lunch and dinner, January 25-breakfast. Linens and towels for all lodging types are provided. If requesting double, triple or group lodging, please indicate your roommate preference(s) during the online registration process. If a preference is not indicated, we will be happy to assign a roommate(s).

All lodging is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Single rooms are limited. Traditional hotel lodging is available at Tanglewood Resort or in the nearby towns of Denison or Sherman. Participants who stay off-site will need to select the 'commuter/meals only' option in step two of the registration process.

The commuter rate includes the following meals: January 23-dinner, January 24-breakfast, lunch and dinner, January 25-breakfast. Lodging is not included.

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to: (765) 342-2065, or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 1/5/2018. Cancellations received by 1/5/2018 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 1/5/2018 will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.
