Join the event when you want!
We will start the day with a tour of the beautiful Trefoil Ranch with our hosts the Girl Scouts of Utah. We will have a brown bag lunch (participants bring their own lunch) and tour of Trefoil’s state of the art accommodations and program areas.
Next, we will drive to Aspen Grove Family Camp and Conference Center (participants drive themselves) for a tour of their facility and a risk management training on active shooter preparedness and response.
Finally, we will have a networking social at The Owl Bar in Sundance. Join other Utah camp directors as we discuss lessons learned from Summer 2019 and plans for summer 2020. Hors d’ oeuvres will be provided, and participants will buy their own drinks for this not-to-be-missed networking event.
Cost: NO CHARGE but registration is required.
