Please join us for the Indiana Winter Gathering! Don’t miss this top notch day that will allow you to learn, grow, network and explore topics that are applicable to everyone in the camp community. A variety of educational opportunities including an opening keynote, breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, and tours of Rancho Framasa will be offered.

Early Bird registration is available through November 7, 2018. Regular cost registration begins November 8, 2018.

Registration includes a full day of program and lunch.

Cabin-style lodging is available on December 5 at Rancho Framasa. Participants need to provide their own linens and towels.

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 11/22/2018. Cancellations received by 11/22/2018 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.
