Please join us for three days of first rate education, top notch networking and world-class relaxation. The ACA, Rocky Mountain Fall Camp Conference will once again be hosted at the beautiful Nature Place and offers a chance to debrief lessons learned from your summer and get a jump start on plans for the following summer. We will have timely keynotes that focus on creating connections through moments and addressing diversity and inclusion. Our opening keynote is by Dr. Dana Winters. Dr. Winters is the Director of Simple Interactions and Academic Programs and a Professor of Child and Family Studies. Dr. Winters will share her experience with the Fred Rogers Center for Early Learning and Children’s Media which carries on the legacy of Mr. Rogers and will stress the importance of connection through moments shared between staff and participants. Our closing Keynote workshop will be provided by Robin Parker and Pamela Chambers of Beyond Diversity. Robin and Pamela will offer insight into camps’ goal of addressing gaps in diversity and inclusion. In addition, the conference offers presentations by featured speakers from Brave Trails about meeting the needs of LGBTQ campers and staff. And back by popular demand, Tom Leahy will guide us through Open Space planning. Finally, Tom Rosenberg, ACA CEO and President will update the Rocky Mountain Fall Conference on current trends in camping, ACA Board priorities and strategic initiatives. We will have another fun theme for the networking night, our annual auction as well as fun in the Exhibit Hall. The ACA, Rocky Mountain Fall Camp Conference is not to be missed and takes place from November 18-20, 2019.
