Please join us for three days of first rate education, top notch networking and world-class relaxation. The ACA, Southeastern Fall Camp Conference hosted at the beautiful Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront features two very timely keynotes that focus on attracting and retaining the best staff. Our opening keynote is by the leaders of the Project Real Job Movement, Dr. Debra Jordan and renowned speaker and camp industry thought leader Kim Aycock. Debra and Kim will share what they’ve learned about the best ways to recruit staff in this competitive and challenging time. Our closing keynote will be by doctoral candidate Daniel Shore. Daniel will share his research on the best practices to retain staff and the motivators that keep them productive. In addition, the conference offers a Pre-Conference Workshop with expert trainer and consultant, Jolly Corley about how to create a culture at camp that supports staff, improves performance, increases retention and creates the positive feelings that engage your current staff members as part of your staff recruiting strategy. We will have another fun theme for our annual auction to support the scholarship fund as well as Exhibitor Roundtables in the Exhibit Hall. The ACA, Southeastern Fall Camp Conference takes place from September 23-25, 2019 and offers a chance to debrief lessons learned from your summer and get a jump start on plans for the following summer.

Cancellations received at least 2 weeks prior to the event are eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before event will not be refunded. No-shows are not refundable. A written cancellation request is required and can be faxed or emailed to (765) 342-2065 fax or events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. If ACA cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded. ACA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event is attended, postponed, or cancelled. All registration payments must be made by the event date in order for participants to be admitted to the event.
