The Michigan Fall Gathering at Camps Leelanau & Kohahna features preconference camp tours, a keynote speaker, educational breakout sessions, and chances to explore programming ideas.

Early bird registration is available through September 13, 2024. Regular cost registration begins September 14, 2024.

  • Registration for the camp tours + conference includes the full conference program, transportation to each camp on the tour, dinner on October 9 as well as lunch on October 10. 
  • Registration for the camp tours includes transportation to each camp on the tour and dinner on October 9. 
  • Registration for the conference includes the full conference program and lunch on October 10. 

Lodging
Affordable group lodging is available at Camps Leelanau & Kohahna. Participants can choose from rustic, unheated cabins with a bathhouse nearby or heated bunkhouse with ensuite bathrooms. Participants will need to provide their own linens and towels. Dinner and breakfast will be served for overnight guests. Lodging is assigned on a first come first served basis.

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 9/26/2024.  Cancellations received by 9/26/2024 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.  

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
