Please join us for the Winding Rivers Midwest Camp Gathering.  Participate in this virtual event from your office or home and enjoy affordable first-rate sessions geared to get you ready for summer 2021.  Participants will enjoy an opening keynote with Jolly Corley, closing keynote with Stuart Jones, breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, networking time and best of all virtual Midwest hospitality! 

To avoid “Zoom fatigue” sessions will be offered the afternoon of March 2 and the mornings of March 3 and March 4.  Not only will be sessions be engaging but there will also be plenty of breaks.  We hope you will join us!

Registration includes virtual program and networking.  As an industry, we are all facing economic challenges as a result of the pandemic.  We have priced this event as economically as possible.  ACA, Great Rivers and ACA, St. Louis have made available some limited reserve funds so that we can offer a subsidized rate for ACA, Great Rivers and ACA, St. Louis members most in need of assistance.  Please register at the rate that best fits your circumstances.  If you need additional financial assistance, please contact Betsy Thamert (765-342-1349).  

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 2/15/2021.  Cancellations received by 2/15/21 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded. 

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
