Please join us for the Heart of the South Fall Gathering!  Enjoy a day of first-rate education featuring award winning musician and speaker Jason LeVasseur.  Jason LeVasseur will be presenting the opening keynote as well as two breakouts during the Fall Gathering. 

Fall Gathering highlights include educational sessions, networking time, roundtable discussions and tours of Camp Holloway.  Don’t miss this signature Heart of the South professional development event!  Registration includes program and lunch.

As an industry, we are all facing economic challenges as a result of the pandemic.  We have priced this event as economically as possible.  ACA, Heart of the South has made available some limited reserve funds so that we can offer a subsidized rate for Heart of the South members most in need of assistance.  Please register at the rate that best fits your circumstances.   

Lodging: Lodging is available at Camp Holloway on October 18 and October 19, 2021.  The lodging is cabin-style group lodging with shared bathrooms and the cost is $20 per person per night. Participants need to provide their own bedding and towels.  Cabins are climate controlled and have refrigerators.  Meals will not be provided for overnight guests.  There are a variety of dining options nearby.   
 

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed or emailed to: (765) 342-2065, fax or events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 10/5/21.  Cancellations received by 10/5/21 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.  

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
