WI Fall Gathering 2022

Please join us for the Wisconsin Fall Gathering! Connect with fellow camp professionals for a great day at Bethel Horizons Camp + Retreat Center. The Fall Gathering features a variety of educational sessions and networking opportunities. We hope to see you at this top-notch professional development event. 

Early Bird deadline is October 3, 2022. 

Registration rates include conference program, breakfast, and lunch. Double or group lodging is available on November 1-2 for those who would like to arrive early or are attending the Youth Mental Health First Aid training on November 2. Please select the lodging option that best meets your needs for an additional fee. A limited number of single rooms are available on November 1-2 on a first-come first-served basis. To check availability and reserve a room contact Abbie Parker (aparker@ACAcamps.org, 765-349-3526). Meals are included in the lodging fees. Participants need to provide their own linens and towels. 

 

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 10/19/2022.  Cancellations received by 10/19/2022 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.  

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
