2025 New England Camp Conference

Join us for the largest annual gathering of summer camp professionals in New England. Our community of camp professionals from all types of camps and youth development programs from the six New England states (and beyond) will come together to meet and network with others in the field while learning and gaining new skills they can bring back to their camps!

We also have a two-day CampEXPO as part of the New England Camp Conference (Thursday/Friday) where you can explore vendors who sell products and services to camps like yours!

Any pre-conference offerings will require separate registration.

Additional Information

All registration fees are based on individual membership status.

Accredited/member camps registering six or more conference attendees... please email Kerry for a group registration form to get the member rate for all of your camp's attendees (regardless of individual member status)! We will need to input these registrations manually if your attendees are not current individual ACA members.

Early bird rates are available through Thursday, February 6, 2025. Online registration will close on Friday, March 21, 2025.

Use of images and audio by ACA, New England: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association, New England (ACANE) full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACANE event. These images and recordings may be used by ACANE and its agents in any format or medium and for any lawful purpose.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Please refer to the conference schedule-at-a-glance for an overview of offerings and what is included with your registration.
  • You can purchase 50/50 raffle tickets and make a contribution to ACA, New England's annual fund during the registration process.
  • Depending on the day(s) you attend the conference, the following food is included: hors d'oeuvres in the EXPO Hall Thursday afternoon, coffee/bagels with vendors Friday mid-morning, and breakfast Saturday morning. Other meals are NOT included with your registration. Concessions/grab-n-go lunch will be available for you to purchase at the hotel each day.
  • We do have a student rate, which is not available online. Please email kerry@acanewengland.org or call ACA, New England's offices at 781-541-6080 to request the registration form.
  • While we have one-day and multi-day rates, if your camp is already sending two people at the 1st and 2nd person rate, a 3rd+additional person registration for the full conference may be more cost-effective than one/multi-day registration, even if an attendee won't be joining us for the full event.

If you have any additional needs to request, please do so at least 30 days prior to the start of the event so we can do our best to meet those needs.

Cancellation/Transfer Policy

New England Camp Conference registrations are non-refundable. Conference registrations may be transferred to another attendee from your camp/organization at any time by reaching out to ACA, New England.

If ACA, New England cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be held on account for a future event or fully refunded if you prefer. ACA, New England is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled.

We do not offer refunds for the conference due to weather if the conference starts and we are operating as usual.
