Join us in Dallas at the 2025 ACA National Conference, February 18-21, 2025. Four-plus packed days of quality education, social and issues-based networking, professional trade-show access and special events are designed to boost your professional development.
Preregistration closes end of day on January 27, 2025.
ACA Registration Date and Rate Ranges:
- Early Bird Discount: ends December 16, 2024
- Cost: December 17, 2023 – January 27, 2025
- Onsite: After January 27, 2025 you will need to register onsite at the higher rate.
The following is not available online:
- Student Registration
- Speaker Registration
- Daily Registration
To register as any of the three above, please use the downloadable paper form, available at www.ACAcamps.org/conference/registration.
The member discount is based on each person's individual membership status, not your camp. If you believe you are an individual member and see non-member prices on the following pages, you are either not logged into your member account or you do not have a current ACA membership. Please STOP and log into your individual member account or become an individual member. If you need assistance, STOP and contact 800-428-2267 or membership@ACAcamps.org to bring your membership current or receive help logging in to your member account. Do not complete the registration before getting assistance, as your credit card will be charged the full amount shown on the screen.
If registering for both the ACA conference and a kindred event, you'll start the registration process by choosing the appropriate ACA registration type. You will then have the option of adding the appropriate kindred event to your ACA registration in the 'Options' portion of the process.
If you are only registering for a kindred event, you would choose the appropriate 'PRECONFERENCE ONLY' registration type.
NOTE: Additional groups are holding kindred and pre-conference events at the conference but are managing their own registrations: Camp Owners and Directors Association (CODA) and Diabetes Education & Camping Association (DECA). CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $40 fee for all cancellations postmarked BEFORE 01/17/2025 and a $200 fee for all cancellations postmarked AFTER 01/17/2025. No-shows are not refundable. PHONE CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Written copy of the cancellation is required and can be emailed to customerservice@ACAcamps.org.
Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
