Please join us for the ACA, Great Rivers Fall Conference! Enjoy a time of education, renewal, and fun at Wesley Woods Camp & Conference Center in Indianola, Iowa. The conference features a variety of educational opportunities including an opening keynote and breakout sessions by Roz & Jed Buck, networking, and more! Camp tours in the local area will be offered on November 19, 2024 and the conference kicks off on November 20, 2024.

Early Bird registration is available through October 24, 2024. Regular cost registration begins October 25, 2024.

Registration for November 19-21 includes the camp tours, the full conference program, and meals (Tuesday dinner, Wednesday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Thursday breakfast and lunch).

Registration for November 20-21 includes the full conference program and meals (Wednesday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Thursday breakfast and lunch).

Lodging: Single, double, and group lodging is available at Wesley Woods. Participants are encouraged to register and select their preferred lodging as soon as possible for the greatest selection. 

All rooms or cabins have twin XL beds and have heat and air conditioning. Participants will need to provide their own bedding and towels. Single occupancy rooms have a private bath and shower. Double occupancy rooms have bathrooms and showers either in the room or in the same building. Group lodging will have access to bathrooms and a shower house a short walk from the cabins. 

Please select which lodging option and for what days in step 4 of the online registration process. Lodging is assigned on a first come first served basis.

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to: (765) 342-2065, or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 11/05/2024.  Cancellations received by 11/05/2024 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
