IN Winter Gathering 2020

Please join us for the Indiana Winter Gathering!  Participate in this virtual event from your home or office and enjoy first-rate presentations on a variety of relevant topics as we reflect on this past summer and start to prepare for the next.  Jolly Corley will kick off the event with an opening keynote which will be followed by a variety of sessions and panel discussions.  

To avoid “Zoom fatigue” sessions will be offered from 8:30-11:30 a.m. on December 9 and 10.  Not only will be sessions be engaging but there will also be plenty of breaks.  We hope you will join us!

Registration includes virtual program and networking.  As an industry, we are all facing economic challenges as a result of the pandemic.  We have priced this event as economically as possible.  ACA, Indiana has made available some limited reserve funds so that we can offer a subsidized rate for ACA Indiana members most in need of assistance.  Please register at the rate that best fits your circumstances.  If you need additional financial assistance, please contact Betsy Thamert (765-342-1349).  


 

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 11/25/2020.  Cancellations received by 11/25/2020 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded. 

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
