Don’t miss the ACA, Indiana Winter Gathering!  Join us at Flat Rock River YMCA Camp and enjoy a day of first-rate presentations on a variety of relevant topics as we as we reflect on this past summer and start to prepare for the next.  Highlights include an opening keynote, a variety of engaging breakout sessions, roundtable discussions and tours of Flat Rock River YMCA Camp.

Early Bird registration is available through November 10, 2021.  Regular cost registration begins November 11, 2021.  Registration includes a full day of program and lunch.  As an industry, we are all facing economic challenges as a result of the pandemic.  We have priced this event as economically as possible.  ACA, Indiana has made available some limited reserve funds so that we can offer a subsidized rate for Indiana members most in need of assistance.  Please register at the rate that best fits your circumstances.

Cabin-style lodging with shared bath is available on December 6 and December 7 at Flat Rock River YMCA. NOTE: Participants need to provide their own linens and towels. Dinner and breakfast will NOT be provided for overnight guests. There are dining options nearby.  

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 11/23/2021. Cancellations received by 11/23/2021 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.  

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
