Join fellow camp and youth development professionals at the Wisconsin Fall Gathering, being hosted at Easterseals Wisconsin Camp Wawbeek.

Early bird registration is available through September 18, 2025. If you miss the early rate, you can still save by registering before or on October 15, 2025. After October 16, you will register at the final registration rate.

Preconference Events - Wednesday, October 29

  • EPIC Workshop | 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. | Registration includes lunch & networking
  • Camp Tours | 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Registration includes exploring two different camp properties in the Wisconsin Dells area + awards dinner ticket
  • Executive Workshop | 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Registration includes programming & networking + awards dinner ticket
  • Wisconsin Awards Dinner | 5:45 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. | Registration includes dinner ticket only

Fall Gathering - Thursday, October 30

  • Your registration includes a ticket to the awards dinner on Wednesday and the full Thursday conference schedule, including both breakfast and lunch.

Lodging

Affordable single and double lodging is available at Camp Wawbeek. Participants will need to provide their own bedding and towels. Lodging is assigned on a first come first served basis.

Additional Information

All minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, i give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recording taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765)342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 10/15/2025. Cancellations received by 10/15/2025 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
