WI Fall Gathering 2023

Please join us for the Wisconsin Fall Gathering! Connect with fellow camp professionals for a great day at YMCA Camp Nan A Bo Sho. The Fall Gathering features a variety of educational sessions and networking opportunities. 

Early Bird deadline is October 6, 2023. 

  • Registration for the local camp tours and fall gathering includes dinner on November 1st, all conference programming, continental breakfast and lunch on November 2nd.
  • Registration for the local camp tours only includes dinner on November 1st. 
  • Registration for the fall gathering only includes conference programming, continental breakfast and lunch on November 2nd. 

Lodging is available for those who would like to arrive early and/or will be attending the New Director Orientation or attending the camp tours on November 1st. It is group style lodging. Participants need to provide their own linens and towels. Lodging is assigned on a first come first served basis. Dinner will be provided for overnight guests. 

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 10/19/2023.  Cancellations received by 10/19/2023 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.  

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
