HS 2020 Fall Gathering

Please join us for the ACA, Heart of the South Fall Gathering featuring an opening keynote and breakout sessions with Jack Schott from Camping Coast to Coast/Camp Stomping Ground. Participate in this virtual event (one or two sessions daily) from your home or office and enjoy first-rate presentations on a variety of relevant topics as we reflect on this past summer and start to prepare for the next.  

Registration Fees: Registration includes virtual program and networking.  As an industry, we are all facing economic challenges as a result of the pandemic.  We have priced this event as economically as possible.  ACA, Heart of the South has made available some limited reserve funds so that we can offer a subsidized rate for Heart of the South members most in need of assistance.  Please register at the rate that best fits your circumstances.  If you need additional financial assistance, please contact Betsy Thamert (765-342-1349). 

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 9/28/2020.  Cancellations received by 9/28/2020 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If a refund is necessary due to illness, please contact us.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded. 

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
