The 2023 Spring Leadership Conference (SLC) will provide your team with innovative ideas and practical takeaways that can be implemented right when you get back to camp.  Bring your full team to improve staff training, staff management and staff retention with proven techniques shared by industry leaders. We will explore the most current challenges facing the camp community and critical issues learning will help you make 2023 a fantastic summer.

Early Bird registration is available through March 21, 2023.  Regular cost registration begins March 22, 2023.  

Registration fee includes all SLC hosted keynotes, education sessions, social events, and dinner on Wednesday.  Accommodations are not included.   

To register for preconference trainings, select your choice in step 4 of the online registration process.

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 4/3/2023.  Cancellations received by 4/3/2023 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.  ACA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event is attended, postponed, or cancelled. All registration payments must be made by the event date in order for participants to be admitted to the event. 

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
