Join us in Huntsville, Alabama at Space Camp for a day of networking and learning with fellow camp and youth development professionals. This get-together will feature educational activities provided by the Space Camp staff, roundtable conversations, and plenty of time to connect with fellow camp professionals.

  • Your registration includes the full program and lunch on Wednesday, October 29

Activity Selection - Please select one activity when you register to participate in during the Get-Together:

  • Mission Rotation: This activity gives a glimpse into a Space Camp simulated space mission. Participants will rotate through Mission Control, Space Station, and the Shuttle Orbitor. 
  • Break Out Box: This is a group activity that requires teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills. The theme will be space.

All minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.

Use of Images in ACA publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765)342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 10/15/2025. Cancellations received by 10/15/2025 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
