Join us on Wednesday, March 18 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. for the Character Academy preconference workshop. This workshop is geared toward supporting camp-based character programming with shared language, practical tools, and immersive learning experiences. In this workshop participants will:

  • Explore language and tools that add nuance to how we think about character
  • Understand how capacity affects our ability to show up at our best
  • Practice applying these concepts in camp-ready processes with colleagues and campers

All minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recording taken during the ACA event. These images and recording may be used by ACA, and its agents, in education and promotional media.

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to 765-342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 03/05/2026. Cancellations received by 03/05/2026 will be eligible for a refund, mins a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
