ACA, New England and ACA, New York & New Jersey are pairing up for the 2019 Resident Camp Tours and Conference and heading to Maine from September 10 - 12, 2019!
These tours offer attendees a chance to visit six overnight camps in just a few days. This year's tours will be hosted by Fernwood Cove, Camp Micah, Camp Mataponi, Camp Sunshine, Tripp Lake Camp, and Kamp Kohut.
This is a great opportunity to see a variety of camp properties, experience how other organizations run their programs and facilities, re-energize by networking with peers, discuss lessons learned and hot topics from the past summer, and gain new ideas as your off-season planning begins.
The $199/member; $225/non-member registration fee includes two dinners and two lunches. Travel and lodging are not included, and additional information will be posted on ACA, New England and ACA, New York & New Jersey's website.
For those of you driving: Please plan to meet at Fernwood Cove at 3 pm on Tuesday, September 10 for our first tour and dinner. We expect to finish at Kamp Kohut on Thursday, September 12 by 1:45 pm.
For those of you arriving by plane: Please email Kerry (firstname.lastname@example.org) to let us know your arrival/departure plans, as we will have a charter bus available to transport to and from the Portland International Jetport (PWM) at specific times.
All registration fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual from your camp/organization.
