Please join us for the Texoma Winter Conference! A variety of educational sessions, networking opportunities, an exhibit hall and more will be featured. Come enjoy a time of inspiration, first-rate professional development and fun at Morgan’s Wonderland Camp in San Antonio, TX.
Highlights include Trevor Dunlap’s opening keynote, a variety of relevant breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, Susana Cruz’s closing keynote, and tours of Morgan’s Wonderland Camp.
Early Bird registration is available through December 15, 2021. Regular cost registration begins December 16, 2021. Registration rates include conference program. Meals and lodging are not included. Each individual registering must select a lodging option. If registering online, lodging options will be selected in step 4. A commuter/meals only option is available for those staying offsite. Those staying offsite must select this option or the Wednesday only option.
As an industry, we are all facing economic challenges as a result of the pandemic. We have priced this event as economically as possible. ACA, Texoma has made available limited reserve funds so that we can offer a subsidized rate for Texoma members most in need of assistance. Please register at the rate that best fits your circumstances.
Lodging Options—All Individuals registering for the conference must select one option. Participants who will be staying offsite must select the commuter option or the Wednesday only option.
All lodging options include lodging on January 11 and 12 and the following meals: January 11-dinner, January 12-breakfast, lunch, and dinner, January 13-breakfast. Linens and towels for private and double lodging are provided. Those staying in group lodging need to provide their own bedding and towels. If requesting double or group lodging, please indicate your roommate preference(s) below. If a preference is not indicated, we will assign a roommate(s).
All lodging is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Single and double rooms are limited.
The commuter rate includes the following meals: January 11-dinner, January 12-breakfast, lunch and dinner, January 13-breakfast. Lodging is not included.
The Wednesday only rate includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on Wednesday, January 12. Lodging is not included.
