Please join us for the Cascadia Camp Conference!  A variety of educational sessions, networking opportunities, an exhibit hall and more will be featured.  Enjoy a time of inspiration, first-rate professional development, and fun at Stampfer Retreat Center at Camp Solomon Schechter in Olympia, WA.

Early Bird registration is available through September 20, 2022.  Regular cost registration begins September 21, 2022.  Registration includes conference program, 2 nights cabin -style lodging (Tuesday and Wednesday), and six meals (Tuesday dinner, Wednesday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Thursday breakfast and lunch).  

Commuter registration is available for those staying offsite and includes conference program and six meals (Tuesday dinner, Wednesday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Thursday breakfast and lunch).  It does not include overnight lodging.  

A limited number of single and double rooms with a shared jack and jill bathroom are available for an additional fee on a first-come first-served basis.       

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 10/3/2022.  Cancellations received by 10/3/20223 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.  

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
