To register as any of the three above, please use the downloadable paper form, available at www.ACAcamps.org/conference/registration.

The member discount is based on each person's individual membership status, not your camp. If you believe you are an individual member and see non-member prices on the following pages, you are either not logged into your member account or you do not have a current ACA membership. Please STOP and log into your individual member account or become an individual member. Please contact 800-428-2267 or membership@ACAcamps.org for assistance.

If registering for both the ACA conference and a kindred event, you'll start the registration process by choosing the appropriate ACA registration type. You will then have the option of adding the appropriate kindred event to your ACA registration in the 'Options' portion of the process.

If you are only registering for a kindred event, you would choose the appropriate 'PRE- CONFERENCE ONLY' or 'KINDRED EVENT ONLY’ registration type.

NOTE: Additional groups are holding kindred and pre-conference events at the conference, but are managing their own registrations: Camp Owners and Directors Association (CODA) and Diabetes Education & Camping Association (DECA). For more information and to register, visit ACAcamps.org/conference/kindred-events and follow the appropriate link to their registration site(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $40 fee for all cancellations postmarked BEFORE 01/7/2022 and a $200 fee for all cancellations postmarked AFTER 01/7/2022. No-shows are not refundable. PHONE CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Written copy of the cancellation is required and can be faxed or mailed.

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
