Please join us at the 2021 Rocky Mountain Retreat for some much-needed in-person connection and discussions about what we've learned and how we are planning to move forward.  We will have one night and two days full of inspiration, meals together and fun.   This will be a chance to reconnect with old friends and make new ones in a comfortable and relaxed setting.

The ACA, Rocky Mountain Retreat will be hosted at the beautiful Nature Place which offers several housing options including camping (bring your own tent and camping equipment).  

Collaborative sessions will build on the Rocky Mountain community’s experience with the Open Space format to learn about adaptations and industry best practices as we move beyond COVID and rediscover our “Why”.   Networking opportunities and socials will include Thunderball, early morning coffee conversations and late-night Team Building as well as lots of brainstorming and supportive reflections on the struggles of the last year.  
 

Additional Information

Cancellations received at least 2 weeks prior to the event are eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before event will not be refunded. No-shows are not refundable. A written cancellation request is required and can be faxed or emailed to (765) 342-2065 fax or events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. If ACA cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded. ACA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event is attended, postponed, or cancelled. All registration payments must be made by the event date in order for participants to be admitted to the event.
