Please join us for the Texoma Winter Conference!  A variety of educational sessions, networking opportunities, an exhibit hall and more will be featured.  Come enjoy a time of inspiration, first-rate professional development and fun at beautiful St. Crispin’s Conference Center and Camp in Wewoka, Oklahoma.

Highlights include Kim Aycock’s opening keynote, a variety of relevant breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, and fun social events to connect and network.

Early Bird registration is available through December 12, 2022.  Regular cost registration begins December 13, 2022.  Registration rates include conference program.  Meals and lodging are not included and need to be registered for separately through a lodging and meal package selection. If registering online, lodging options will be selected in step 4.  

All lodging options include lodging on January 10 and 11 and the following meals: January 10-dinner, January 11-breakfast, lunch, and dinner, January 12-breakfast.  Linens and towels for hotel-style lodging are provided.  Those staying in group cabin lodging need to provide their own linen and towels.  If requesting double or group lodging, please indicate your roommate preference(s). If a preference is not indicated, we will assign a roommate(s).   

All lodging is available on a first-come-first-served basis.  Single and double rooms are limited.  

The one-day pass registration for Wednesday, January 11 includes all sessions and networking events and lunch.

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 12/20/2022.  Cancellations received by 12/20/2022 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received after 12/20/2022 will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.  

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.

To help us ensure we can adequately meet your needs, please notify us of any accommodations including dietary, sensory, physical or other special accommodations at least two-weeks prior to the event.
