Please join us for the Indiana Camp Summit! Connect with fellow camp professionals for a great day at Jameson Camp in Indianapolis, Indiana. The conference features a variety of educational sessions and networking opportunities. We hope to see you at this can't miss professional development event. 

Early Bird deadline is October 25, 2024. Regular cost registration begins October 26, 2024.

Lodging

Affordable group lodging is available at Jameson Camp for Wednesday, November 20th. Cabins have twin beds with restrooms and showers located within the lodge. Participants will need to provide their own linens and towels. Lodging is limited. When registering, please select in step 4. 

Interested in attending the CampWell pre-conference training? Please register for the training separately through the link on the website. CampWell participants will receive a 10% discount on their Indiana Camp Summit registration, so please register for the CampWell training first to receive your discount code.

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 11/7/2024.  Cancellations received by 11/7/2024 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.  

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
