REFUND POLICY: Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to: (765) 342-2065, or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 11/14/2018. Cancellations received by 11/14/2018 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 11/14/2018 will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.
