Join us in Rogers, Arkansas at Camp War Eagle for a day of networking and learning with fellow camp and youth development professionals. This get-together will feature a tour of Camp War Eagle's beautiful property and over 100 different activities, roundtable conversations, and plenty of time to connect with fellow camp professionals.

Lodging - Wednesday, September 24

Group lodging is available the night before the get-together. The rooms feature twin beds in bunk style accommodations with shared restroom and shower facilities. Participants will need to provide their own linens and towels. When registering, please select if you would like lodging in step 4.

All minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.

Use of Images in ACA publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765)342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 9/12/2025. Cancellations received by 9/12/2025 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
