Join fellow camp and youth development professionals at the Michigan Fall Gathering, being hosted at the Chippewa Nature Center in Midland, Michigan.

Early bird registration is available through August 28, 2025. If you miss the early rate, you can still save by registering before or on September 25, 2025. After September 26, you will register at the final registration rate.

  • Registration for the preconference workshop includes the full workshop and lunch on October 8, 2025
  • Registration for the Michigan Fall Gathering includes the full conference program and lunch on October 9, 2025

All minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recording taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.

Cancellations must by in writing and can be faxed to (765)342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 9/25/2025. Cancellations received by 9/25/2025 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
