Please join us for the ACA, Great Rivers & ACA, St. Louis Winding Rivers Midwest Camp Gathering at YMCA Trout Lodge in Potosi, Missouri. Participants can count on three days of first-rate professional development and networking. Highlights include engaging keynotes, timely and relevant breakout sessions, and roundtable discussions all geared to get you ready for summer 2024.

Early Bird registration is available through January 12, 2024. Regular cost registration begins January 13, 2024.

The full conference registration includes the opening keynote on Tuesday, March 5th through closing keynote on Thursday, March 7th, as well as socials and networking events.

The Wednesday commuter rate includes the conference program, lunch and dinner on Wednesday, March 6th 

Lodging & Meals

YMCA Trout Lodge has a wide range of accommodations to fit any preference. Reserve either a rustic cabin or cozy lodge room. Rates start at $99 per adult (ages 18+) and include lodging, meals, and all free activities. Meals included with your stay start with dinner the day you arrive until lunch the day you depart. Please book your lodging directly with YMCA Trout Lodge. To reserve call 888-FUN-YMCA and let them know you are with the ACA, Winding Rivers Midwest Camp Gathering. Reserve your room by February 5, 2024. Rooms reserved after February 5, 2024 will be accepted on a space available basis.

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 2/20/2024.  Cancellations received by 2/20/2024 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.  

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
