Join fellow camp and youth development professionals at the St. Louis Winter Warm-Up, being hosted at Camp Wartburg in Waterloo, Illinois. 

Early bird registration is available through December 3, 2025 . 
If you miss the early rate, you can still save by registering before or on December 22, 2025. After December 22, you will register at the final registration rate.


Registration for the St. Louis Winter Warm-Up includes the full conference program, continental breakfast, and lunch on January 13, 2026.

All minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765)342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 12/30/2025. Cancellations received by 12/30/2025 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee will be fully refunded. 

 

 

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
