The ACA New Director Orientation (NDO) is a one-day course for seasonal or newer camp directors, assistant directors, program directors, and others moving into camp positions. The course includes an overview of all the aspects of the director's job with the primary focus on the summer operation.

The course covers camper and staff development, leadership & supervision, staff training, evaluation, and risk management. Registration includes a full day of instruction, lunch, and a workbook that is full of incredible resources.

REFUND POLICY: Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to: (765) 342-2065, or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 4/15/2019. Cancellations received by 4/15/2019 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 4/15/2019 will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.
