Please join us for the 2023 Heart of the South Fall Gathering! Connect with fellow camp professionals, October 11th & 12th, at Ferncliff Camp and Conference Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Fall Gathering highlights include educational sessions, networking time, social event and camp tours. Don't miss this signature Heart of the South professional development event!

Early bird registration is available through September 13, 2023. Regular cost registration begins September 14, 2023. 

Please register for your lodging and meal package. Lodging and meal packages need to be selected and registered for separately. Lodging is for the night of October 11th with a choice of cabin-style and hotel-style, and meals include dinner, breakfast and lunch. Participants will need to provide their own bedding and towels for cabin-style lodging. 

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765)342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 9/27/23. Cancellations received by 9/27/23 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
