Important Message

There are a few semi-private rooms with a shared bathroom available and a few bunk style lodging rooms available.  If you select one of these lodging types and receive an error message, please contact Betsy Thamert (bthamert@ACAcamps.org, 765-342-1349) for assistance.  Single lodging and Semi-private rooms with a private bath are full.

 

Please join us for the Cascadia Camp Conference!  Highlights include Simone Gamble’s opening keynote, dynamic and relevant breakout sessions, and time to network with fellow camp professionals.  Enjoy a time of inspiration, first-rate professional development, and fun at Menucha Retreat and Conference Center in Corbett, Oregon. 

Early Bird registration is available through October 10, 2023.  

Regular cost registration begins October 11, 2023.  Registration includes conference program and five meals (Tuesday dinner, Wednesday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Thursday breakfast).  

Lodging:  A variety of lodging types are available.  Participants are encouraged to register and select their preferred lodging as soon as possible for the greatest selection.  Participants need to select their lodging type in step 4 of the online registration process. 

  • Bunk style lodging with shared bathroom $10 per person
  • Semi-private lodging for 2-3 individuals with shared bathroom $20 per person 
  • Semi-private lodging for 2-3 individuals with private bathroom $40 per person
  • Single lodging with private bathroom $100 per person

Participants who select bunk style lodging need to provide bedding and towels.  Bedding and towels are provided for all other lodging types.   
 

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 11/6/2023.  Cancellations received by 11/6/2023 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 3 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.  

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
