Join us for the largest annual gathering of summer camp professionals in New England. Our community of over 800 camp professionals from 250+ camps in all six New England states - large, small, day, resident, independent, and non-profit will come together to meet and network with others in the field while learning and gaining new skills they can bring back to their camps!

We also have a two-day CampEXPO as part of the New England Camp Conference (Thursday/Friday) where you can explore vendors who sell products and services to camps like yours!

Additional Information

All registration fees are based on individual membership status.

Accredited/member camps registering six or more conference attendees... please email Kerry for a group registration form to get the member rate for all of your camp's attendees (regardless of individual member status)! 

Early bird rates are available through Sunday, February 16, 2020.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • 1st and 2nd person full registrations include a ticket for the Friday Annual Dinner and Celebration if received by Thursday, March 12, 2020.
  • 3rd person full, multi-day, and one-day registrations DO NOT include a ticket for the Friday Annual Dinner and Celebration. The deadline for purchasing dinner and lunch tickets is Thursday, March 12, 2020.
  • You can purchase 50/50 raffle tickets and make a contribution to the Camp Champions Fund during the registration process.
  • Lunch breaks can be tight and you may want to get to a Lunch & Learn quickly, so order optional pre-paid boxed lunches during the registration process ($13/day). Selections include: turkey, chicken salad, veggie, roast beef, and gluten free. Deadline to order is Thurdsay, March 12, 2020.
  • We do have a student rate, which is not available online. Please call ACA New England's offices at 781-541-6080 to inquire.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Conference registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual from your camp by contacting ACA New England.

ACA New England is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled. We do not offer refunds for the conference due to weather if the conference starts and we are operating as usual.
