NYNJ 2023 Not-for-Profit Conference Spring Gathering

Join us for a day of collaboration and sharing specifically focused on supporting Not-for-Profit camps and programs. During our time together, we will discuss best practices, lessons learned from the 2023 Tri-State CAMP Conference, and share ideas and strategies for continuous improvement and growth. Utilizing large and small group discussions, we will focus our conversations on topics impacting camps that include Staffing, Youth and Staff Mental Health, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), and more. This day will allow for taking a "quick dive" into the topics presented, provide an opportunity to network over lunch (included in the price), and allow space to break into small groups for deeper discussions. We will continue these conversations and more at our Fall Conference.
