Please join us for the Indiana Winter Gathering!  Don’t miss this top-notch day that will allow you to learn, grow, network and explore topics that are applicable to everyone in the camp community.  A variety of educational opportunities including a keynote by Jack Schott of Camping Coast to Coast, breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, and tours of Flat Rock River YMCA Camp will be offered. 

Early bird registration is available through November 7, 2019.  Regular cost registration begins on November 8, 2019.

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 11/21/2019.  Cancellations received by 11/21/2019 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.
