WI Fall Gathering 2024

Please join us for the ACA, Wisconsin Fall Gathering! Connect with fellow camp professionals for a great event at JCC Rainbow Day Camp. The Fall Gathering features a variety of educational sessions and networking opportunities. We hope to see you at this top-notch professional development event.

Early Bird registration is available through October 17, 2024.

  • Registration for the local camp tours or executive workshop and fall gathering includes dinner on November 14th, all conference programming, continental breakfast, and lunch on November 15th. 
  • Registration for the local camp tours or executive workshop only includes dinner on November 14th. 
  • Registration for the fall gathering only includes conference programming, continental breakfast, and lunch on November 15th. 

Lodging

Single and group lodging is available on Thursday, November 14th at JCC Rainbow Day Camp. Dinner will be provided for overnight guests. All rooms have a private bath and shower. Group lodging will have no more than four people per room. Participants will need to provide their own linens and towels. Lodging is assigned on a first come first served basis. When registering please select the lodging option in step 4.

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765) 342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 10/31/2024.  Cancellations received by 10/31/2024 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.  

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
