Please join us for the Texoma Winter Conference!  Participate in this virtual event from your home or office and enjoy first-rate presentations on a variety of relevant topics as we reflect on this past summer and prepare for the next. 

Registration rates include virtual conference program.  As an industry, we are all facing economic challenges as a result of the pandemic.  We have priced this event as economically as possible.  ACA, Texoma has made available limited reserve funds so that we can offer a subsidized rate for Texoma members most in need of assistance.  Please register at the rate that best fits your circumstances. 
 

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to: (765) 342-2065, or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 12/21/2020. Cancellations received by 12/21/2020 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received after 12/21/2020 will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.
