Early Bird registration is available through December 21, 2018. Regular cost registration begins December 22, 2018. Registration rates include conference program. Meals and lodging are not included. Each individual registering must select a lodging option. A commuter/meals only option is available for those staying offsite.
All lodging is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Single rooms are limited.
The commuter rate includes the following meals: January 15-dinner, January 16-breakfast, lunch and dinner, January 17-breakfast. Lodging is not included.
Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to: (765) 342-2065, or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 1/2/2019. Cancellations received by 1/2/2019 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 1/2/2019 will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.
