Join us at the Keystone EPIC (Emerging Professionals in Camping) Retreat at Bear Creek Camp! This day-and-a-half retreat is the perfect opportunity to connect with peers, grow your professional skills, and build lasting relationships. Lodging and meals are included—just bring yourself and your enthusiasm! EPIC is a welcoming peer community for individuals new to camp work, transitioning into year‑round roles, or stepping into camp leadership for the first time. 

We’re also offering a CampWell training the day prior that’s open to everyone! 

Full registration includes Monday dinner, Tuesday breakfast and lunch, and overnight lodging on Monday.

Lodging Information: Select lodging in step 4 of registration

Group Lodging: Bunk style cabins with bathroom, sleeps up to 6. 

When registering for the full event, please note that Monday lodging is included! Just a note some lodging is group style. When registering please select if you have a roommate(s) request. 

If you would like to arrive a day early or stay through Wednesday, please select both Sunday and Tuesday lodging when registering. This cost is separate from the full registration fee.

If you are doing CampWell and need lodging please just register for Sunday Lodging. CampWell registration is separate. If you are doing both CampWell and the retreat, just select Sunday lodging when registering for the Epic Retreat.

Additional Information

Cancellations received at least 2 weeks prior to the event are eligible for a refund, minus a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before event will not be refunded. No-shows are not refundable. A written cancellation request is required and can be faxed or emailed to (765) 342-2065 fax or events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. If ACA cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded. ACA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event is attended, postponed, or cancelled. All registration payments must be made by the event date in order for participants to be admitted to the event.

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
