Please join us for the ACA, Great Rivers Fall Conference! Enjoy a time of education, renewal, and fun at Carol Joy Holling in Ashland, Nebraska. The conference features a variety of educational opportunities including a playnote, breakout sessions, networking, and more! A preconference training will be offered on November 14 (seperate registration required) and the conference kicks off on November 15.

Early Bird registration is available through October 18, 2023. 

Registration includes:

  • Conference program on November 15-16, 2023
  • Double occupancy hotel style lodging on Wednesday November 15th  
    • Event attendees can register for a double occupancy room with either a private bathroom or shared bathroom
  •  Four meals (Wednesday lunch and dinner, Thursday breakfast and lunch)

Participants are encouraged to register and select their preferred lodging as soon as possible for the greatest selection. If you would like a single room with a private bathroom on Wednesday, please select that option in step 4 of the online registration process. Lodging is assigned on a first come first served basis.

If you are arriving early and need lodging on Tuesday please select single or double overnight lodging for Tuesday, November 14. Overnight lodging on Tuesday includes dinner that evening and breakfast Wednesday morning. Please select these options in step 4 of the online registration process.

Commuter Registration Includes:

  • Conference program on November 15-16, 2023
  • Three meals (Wednesday lunch and dinner, Thursday lunch)
  • Does not include overnight lodging

Additional Information

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to: (765) 342-2065, or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 11/1/2023.  Cancellations received by 11/1/2023 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.  If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.
