Join fellow camp and youth development professionals at the Indiana Camp Summit, being hosted at Camp Tecumseh YMCA.

Early bird registration is available through October 1, 2025. If you miss the early rate, you can still save by registering before or on November 5, 2025. After November 5, you will register at the final registration rate.

Registration includes the conference program, continental breakfast, and lunch.

Lodging - November 12, 2025

Affordable group lodging is available at Camp Tecumseh YMCA in the Tecumseh Leadership Center. Rooms feature bunk style accommodations with restroom and shower facilities located at the end of the hall in each wing of the sleeping rooms. Participants will need to provide their own bedding and towels. Lodging is assigned on a first come first served bases.

All minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.

Use of Images in ACA Publications: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recording taken during the ACA event. These images and recordings may be used by ACA, and its agents, in educational and promotional media.

Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to (765)342-2065 or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 10/29/2025. Cancellations received by 10/29/2025 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
